All orders are shipped via the Auspost network from Golden Grove, SA. 
Dispatch times for Ready To Ship items: 2-3 Business Days
Ready To Ship items are handmade products that have been pre-made and are ready to be sent off. 
Dispatch times for Design Your Own items: 6-12 Weeks
Design Your Own items are handmade products that are custom made to the customers choices, due to this we need to allow time for the custom fabric to be ordered, made, delivered to us, and for us to then make the item and ship it out.

Standard Shipping within Australia: $10
Express Shipping within Australia: $15
Free Standard Shipping For Orders Over $100
 
Please Note
Once your order has been dispatched from us, Australia Post is then responsible to ensure that your package arrives to your door safely. All of our packages are tracked, but we do not take responsibility for any packages lost/damaged in transit.
In the event of a lost package, if Auspost confirms it has been lost, we are happy to issue a store credit for the contents (minus postage costs)
