Return Policy

We know sometimes online shopping doesn't go to plan, so we've put together a returns policy to ensure we are on the same page.

Unfortunately, due to the handmade and custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns for change of mind. This includes: purchasing the incorrect size, and accidentally overspending. 

 

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Contact us with a detailed description of the faults, and images.
  • After assessing the damage, we will offer a solution if we find necessary. 
  • If the fault is found to be major, we will offer a replacement.
  • If the fault is found to be minor and the item is still functional, we will offer a store credit.

 

If your order is deemed lost in transit by Australia Post, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

 

Please note: we assess refunds on a case-by-case basis. It's important to contact us so we can find a solution that's best for both parties involved.
