Are all items handmade by you?

Yes! All items on the website have been handmade by me. I have taken over a room in my house where I produce all items using 3 different sewing machines with specific functions to help me produce quality items. 

Is your fabric ethically sourced?

Yes! All fabric we use is ethically sourced through Australian fabric businesses. We also support artists in purchasing their designs to use. 

Where do you ship from?

We ship from metropolitan South Australia.

What shipping company do you ship with?

We exclusively ship orders using Australia Post.

I entered the wrong address at checkout, what do I do?

Contact us straight away and we can fix that up for you.

I accidentally selected the wrong size, what do I do?

Contact us straight away, if your item has not been shipped yet we are happy to change your order to the correct size.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer card payment, PayPal (including Pay in 4), and Afterpay. Although we don't accept ZipPay, you can still pay using Zip by visiting our website through their app.

I've had an issue with my item, what do I do?

Please contact us and refer to our return policy to see what to do in this case.

What is the fit of Petal & Plush pieces?

We find our clothing to be true to size, but we recommend checking our size charts to ensure you're selecting the correct size for your child.

Can I order a style, print, or alteration that you don't have on the website?

Absolutely! Contact us via email or social media, we would love to chat with you and find a design that fit your vision. Our items are fully customisable, and we are always searching for styles and fabrics to add to our range.

Can I combine shipping on multiple orders?

Absolutely! Use code 'COMBINE' at the checkout to combine shipping with your other existing orders.
