Double layer tulle skirt with lining, this can sit over or under the main skirt. 

If you select over: you will mainly see the tulle instead of the main fabric on the skirt section  

If you select under: the tulle will sit under the main skirt, peaking out from the bottom to give it a poofy princess vibe.
